Invest in America’s new guide to federal incentives and programs that are available to investors is based on research conducted by Invest in America staff. Information is provided regarding programs, contacts, federal agencies, and other relevant data.

The U.S. government agencies offering programs include Commerce, Agriculture, Energy, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, and the National Science Foundation. Programs run the gamut from R&D initiatives to grants, tax credits, loan guarantees, and real estate offerings. Companies locating within specially designated foreign-trade zones and empowerment zones can take advantage of other incentives unique to these designations.
